Terms of Service

By purchasing a speech from SpeechDrafter("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

SpeechDraftergenerates AI-written speech drafts based on the information you provide. You receive between three and ten drafts per order, depending on the tier you purchase. Generation is powered by a large language model. Drafts are provided as a starting point; you're expected to review, edit, and personalize them before delivery.

Prices are listed in US dollars on the pricing page. Payment is processed by Stripe. All sales are subject to the refund policy below.

Because drafts are generated on demand and delivered immediately, we don't offer refunds as a matter of course. However, if the service fails to produce usable drafts — the generation errored out, drafts didn't reflect the information you submitted, or a technical issue prevented access — email hi@speechdrafter.com with your order ID and we'll make it right, including full refunds when warranted.

You own the drafts we deliver. You're free to edit, combine, and perform them however you like. You agree not to resell the drafts as a templated product or publish them as an automated speech-generation service of your own.

Your drafts are accessible via a unique URL containing a 64-character token. Anyone with that URL can view the drafts. Treat it like a password. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a shared or leaked URL.

You agree not to:

• Submit content about a real person with the intent to harass, defame, or threaten them.
• Use the service to generate content involving minors in inappropriate contexts.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or overwhelm our infrastructure.
• Use the output to impersonate another person in a way that could deceive a reasonable audience.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate these rules.

All drafts are generated by AI. Despite our prompt design, AI output can occasionally contain errors, awkward phrasings, or details that don't match your input. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before using it. We are not liable for the performance, reception, or accuracy of any speech you deliver.

Drafts are provided for personal and professional speech-giving purposes. Nothing generated by SpeechDrafter constitutes legal, medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. For material changes to these Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SpeechDrafter is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless local consumer-protection law provides otherwise for you.
